You cant get more central than the Swiss Inn on Petaling.
Five star it is not, but you cant beat the location. Go for the room with windows.

5 years ago when I was a poor student I stayed at the ExcelInn on Petaling (opposite the Swiss) for about 35RM a night. But that was just a box with a bed
