MTVu is still available, still offering 5 points on the dollar for restaurants, movies, music stores, and book stores. I've been using it for years and between that and my 5x points for groceries pharmacies and gas (Citi plat amex), I crank out about 4500 points per month. I burn them for flights at 2¢ per point, which yield an ultimate value of about 10% back.
