As indicated in a previous post, I did not talk w/the GM during my visit. I did write to him upon my return, outlining some of the issues I encountered during my stay.
He followed up with a phone call to me, discussed the issues, and came to an amicable resolution. I was impressed with his interest and concern, and truly appreciative of his follow up.
Glad to hear. I've liked staying here in the past and would hate to have to do something else on my semi-frequent PIT runs...
