Thanks for the thoughts...I'm still stymied though...my MVPG number is on my boarding pass most of the time. When I go to the kiosk for DL or NW I add my MVPG number to the reservation...I add it online when I can. Using AA I have the gate agent add my MVPG number and then reprint the boarding pass so the MVPG number is there.

I've gotten upgrades on NW a few times but I've had to show my MVPG card to be put on the upgrade wait list at the airport. So the MVPG number isn't showing on the reservation even when it's printed on the boarding pass.

I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing I guess and hope that the computer upgrades will catch up to me at some point...
