It is cold, but not bitterly cold like Toronto in the winter. I had a very pleasant day visiting the Art Gallery today (Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister). Let me recommend the Hilton, which is right beside the Frauenkirche. As HH Gold, they upgraded me to their Executive Lounge. :-:
