Exactly! Rather than discovering the occasional bogus charge weeks later when you see it on a credit card statement, and then having to call the hotel about it.
Seriously, Hilton has the best system on this. Marriott's e-mailed folio is nice, but I've been known to accidentally delete it. Hilton's PDFs stored under my account for months make it really easy to go pull one whenever I need it, and they aren't cluttering up my e-mail inbox either. If I need one, it's there, and I can go grab it easily. If I never need it, then no worries, it's not taking up space in my Outlook.
