because an AA Pilot told them what needs to happen. Again, once that door is closed, the pilot in command has the last authority of that aircraft.
So, in meaning, if the pilot says in his pre-flight debrief about the lav policy: "No one from Y is allowed to use the F lav" then that is what that flights' policy is. NO Y PAX ABLE TO USE F LAV....point and simple.
So pilots have the right to change the company's policy?
