The requirements to comply with crewmember instructions is limited to specific safety related functions such as the rules regarding seat belts, tray tables, smoking, etc. The regulation prohibiting interfering with a crewmember's duties would apply in a more general sense to any instructions given that relate to the performance of the F/A's job. Folding a blanket wouldn't qualify.
