Oh God no........what bugs me is also the offer being made at a kiosk when they come into the terminal.........to do what, purchase this option and then move over to a Premier line to complete their check-in ?? Talk about confusion. I get passengers all the time who say yes to "upgraded" features at the ECU (E+ seating, F class upgrades) and then decide they don't want it after they put their credit card back in and paid for it !........This will happen again with this new "enhancement"; it then creates a question/answer, discussion/debate.....ARGUMENT about how they didn't want it !!!!!.......No refund at this point.....they have to go through UAL refund department (mail or phone) for that.
