This might not be new for others but I had a prepaid stay at the Sheraton Suites, Cypress Creek was surprised to find a copy of the folio in my mailbox the next day.
Ocasionally I find a few hotels will not give a folio at checkout when the stay is at a non-cancel rate... so perhaps this may be a new policy for those type of stays.

Hi mike,
I believe it might be due to the in-house system(Galaxy Lightspeed) for the hotel. However, not every hotel has this system. In addition, it is up to the property whether they would like to implement it as being delivered by request or automatically.
