Its Aman in Bali only, IMHO and do all three resorts, the moving from one to the other is a joy and you get to see so much more. Since you are already in Indonesia you should not miss Amanjiwo. When you are at Amanusa you get to spend time in Seminyak and temples in the area, Amankila you get all the east Bali offers and then when you stay at Amandari you get Ubud, so you really get to see a great deal.
