For the piddly 1 hour flight YOW-YYZ they should bite the bullet, sit in the back and save the tax payers some extra dough. Yes I know that some people fly past YYZ to other destinations but there are a bunch of big wigs in Toronto that really should know better. I think they just do it for lounge access in YOW...
We, taxpayers, are lucky that they don't charter a private jet to fly YOW-YYZ and just fly in J instead.
