In EWR, not far from the C1 PC, there is a d_parture spa. It is also a full-service salon offering haircuts, manicures/pedicures, chair massages, etc. They also have a location in the B terminal pre-security.
I have been to the d_parture spa, and was very disappointed - the C location has limited offerings, especially as staff shifts leave them lacking one or more service for large portions of the day. I had a ridiculously long layover earlier this year and wanted to spend some time at the spa... but they only were offering chair massages when I called to make an appointment. For nails, table massage, etc. I was going to have to leave the secure area and go to their B location.
My chair massage was... vigorous.
I suspect this will be moved, since it's not CO-specific.
