I take it you have an itinerary like this?

CY 429 Y 15DEC 1 TLVLCA 0705 0800
CY1122 Y 15DEC 1 LCASKG 0845 1045

I've never been to LCA myself but the official minimum connection time is 45 minutes for an international-international connection. So at least this connection is legal.
