I know about sealed plastic bags with the invoice shown etc. having carried them a few times ex-UK when transiting through FRA/MUC/ZRH. It was a duty free bottle bought on board an LH flight from NRT and while sitting in a SEN lounge it suddenly occurred to me I should find out that it was ok to take it on a connecting flight to the UK. Transfer desk staff didn't know the answer and sent me to a C-gate security checkpoint, where I was told I had to check it in.
