I need some tickets for UK to US and Canada next year. Where in Europe, can I find a desk at the airport? Should I always pay in cash? Will they put up a fight to issue them out without a LAN leg? Am I right in that they do BA and AA? I know the last wave was that but AC would also be handy.

I am also at LAX next week. Anyone tried it at that desk?
