1. There are no pilot's rest seats on a domestic 757. FAM is another matter...

2. MY favorite seat for bathroom access is the last row asile (6B-C on old configuration and 7B-C for the new configuration with PTVs). There is a lav right between first and coach so you can get up and go very quickly. If it is occupied, you can always use the lav up front.
