Marriott Chicago Mag Mile routinely has been closed around the Christmas Holidays. Never mind that the place tends to be fairly full the week between Christmas and New Years.

As for the Irvine Marriott, "Nonsense" is an understatement. I thought this was one of their better....if unspectacular....properties". Unfortunately, I think we're going to be seeing more and more locations decide they can get away with Sunday night CL closings.
