Even though the online award calendar showed the date and it could be selected, it reported back there were NO award seats of any kind -- saver, choice, full flex -- in any cabin on that date.
When I called AS, they showed the seats available and were able to book them.
Just out of curiosity, did they waive the telephone booking fee since the web booking engine was fakakta?
