Let's hope UA continues the program this year. They got quite a bit more revenue from me in 2003 due to these promos (international H vs. the low fare buckets I normally buy). Let's face it... they seldom fill the econ seats so they might as well encourage frequent flyers to buy-up to a higher fare in order to take along a companion.
