This is such a confused thread!

First, Air China don't even have A330-300, all 20 of them are 332, and the new order of 20 are all on 332.

Second, A330 and A340 share the same cabin design, the major difference is number of engines. bizclassboy, what do you mean "A330 is way lower than A340"? Do you mean layouts for China Airlines?

Third, all 20 of them have new cabin layout from day one, never been modified. kaichun1216, I think you were talking about China Airlines. wouter, not sure what you mean shell type seats, do you mean 160 (or 170) degree flat bed?

Back to the OP, this has been asked any times, but the seat map for CA 332 is not available so far. It seems nobody can get hold of a copy.
