On UA 945 FRA-ORD this morning the GA in frankfurt was passing out op-ups like candy. I saw at least 4 people go from C>F including the guy next to me who was GS followed by 4 moving up from the back.

The point is the back of the plane didn't seem 100% full, and there were 2 empty seats in C (in the back section of C anyway, I didn't go up and look at the front section). Also the very slow manner in which the GA was moving people up actually seemed to delay the departure of the plane, which ended up late and I, and what appeared to be many others, missed my connection. I realize there was probaby another valid reason we were late, but it didn't look like it.
