About a year ago we were in Australia for a longer times. There are much better and nicer places than the Marriott. The Palazzo Versace is nice and rated top-notch, even so service can be inconsistend.
Hyatt Coolum or Sanctuary Cove are nice and both have club lounges, with rather generous supplies
