Iceland (Reykjavik, KEF), which zone?
I've a quick question regarding a planned award redemption as I'm thinking about picking up a *CRTW in KEF. Does anybody know to which zone Iceland (Reykjavik, KEF) does belong to? Zone 2 (greater Europe) or zone 3 (North America)? Unfortunately the country is not listed on the bmi-website...

BTW: the only way to get there (in the winter season) is via OSL with SK
