You will collect your luggage in GRZ, we do not expect our visitors to do exercises by carrying luggage in transfer (even if they come from a publically known unsafe country}

There is a wonderful tool called "the Internet" and Munich airport has a website - amazingly even in English language. Searching for the word "shower" will give wonderful results (Unfortunately not about the price, however, I would expect this to be in an affordable range).
