The location is out of the way, but probably the Marriott Resort/Spa. About 10 minutes from the Skytrain by hotel ferry. Don't expect to find a taxi in the morning to the airport that will use the meter.

My recommendation would be a river facing room in the building farthest from the Rama III bridge. Otherwise a river facing room in the building closest to the bridge (and expect some road noise).
