One other thing to keep in mind is that the very early departure time of the SQ flight on FRA-JFK (08:20am) forces an overnight in FRA. There is no flight from London that arrives early enough to allow you to make that connection.

Personally, if you really want to do this, then I would buy a separate ticket on BA or LH, which can be had for 90€ or less if you book ahead.
