AF's daily CAI service is a 772 that arrives in at 7 pm in the evening (meaning a 7:40ish departure from LHR). Three times a week, there is an A330-200 that gets in at 10 pm but the A332s are better than 777s not to mention they involve a 10 am-ish departure from LHR.
AF uses T1 at CAI which is a far better terminal than T2 (which KLM and BA use).
In terms of schedule, AF is the best.
Regarding *A, I'm definately considering OS and LH since I'm a *A (plus we're doing a few sectors on MS this year anyway).
Found that LH is $647-going via MUC and returning via FRA both on A340.
