As yycworldtraveler said, get your NH PNR and do it through the web. It should work fine, I just changed mine HKG-NRT in CRTW.

By the way, you should think about using NH intra-asia, their C is quite downgraded (not same as long haul NH C). Maybe TG or even UA could be better.
