I made a suggestion not being insulting.
Now pray do tell what was I wrong about? In order to get the luggage tags you had to register did you not? You had to read the email sent to you did you not? You had to click a link or put in your MP number on the website did you not?
Do you really think that UA is giving you luggage tags for free?
Do you think that they are not analyzing how many people registered for the promo in a certain amount of time since the promotion was initiated-online with the link in the e-mail vs the US snail mail vs logging on to the Great offer webpage vs calling in? Do you not think that they are not compiling that data? Do you think that data is void of value to them?
You gave UA something induced by a promotion and they give you something in return.
Tell me what is free about those luggage tags.
