Michelin Hong Kong Released
Michelin released it guide for Hong Kong and Macau earlier this week. In Hong Kong, there were 22 restaurants that received stars in all. There are seven restaurants that received two stars and Lung King Heen is the lone three star.

The biggest surprise to me was the absence of Gaddi's.
