It was BOS-JAX on UA, and JAX-BOS on US metal (UA codeshares). It was an A fare, and the price was about the same as buying a coach ticket and using cash to upgrade the US portions (if they had been available). As it turned out, the flights were pretty full, and I wouldn't have gotten the upgrades, I'm pretty sure.
