Are these BA flights a code share with IB? - I used to use this route when it was a BA flight operated by GT ( GB airways) as a BA franchise.
Sadly GT was bought lock stock and barrel by
Easy Jet at the end of last year, and as far as I was aware BA LGW/LPA ended at the end of March 2008.
