I have been having an endless time dealing with a constant loop with customer service this week. On Tuesday, I flew on a flight with JetBlue from Cancun, MX to JFK, NY. My checked bag did not arrive. I was given a yellow claim form and told that it will arrive the next day. The next day, I called the JFK baggage number and was routed to a Voice Mail of Ramesh. Every time I called it seems like it was instantly transferred to his VM. He never returned my messages of course. This is the customer service of today. We don't get to speak to a live person anymore. So I googled and found an national baggage center number and asked them for their help. They were not helpful either (although it was great to finally reach a LIVE JetBlue rep!) No one is claiming responsibility for the lost luggage. Not one word of apologies for my inconvenience!!! NADA! Since the start of this mayhem! What's the point of having a bag tag if JetBlue can't use it to track bags? Is it for show? And if you guys are having large volume of lost luggage, why aren't you looking at the surveillance cameras to see who's stealing at these airports??!!! Check the net! Many people are complaining about the same thing! Lack of customer support and service and NO TRACKING System in place or executed.

My bag is still missing and no one has contacted me yet. This is ridiculous! Someone who can help.. please help.
