Well, it was JAX. Back a few decades, when I was a young ensign on a ship out of Mayport (one of JAX's navy bases), I hada couple of saliors that had, had had or were going to have multiple wives/paramours/"beach-brides" (That's a girl to whom you were sort'a married 'cuz she got your allotment check - and you hoped not too many others from other sailors.) of a variety of "nationalities"(I presume that the poster may have been referring to ethnicity, since "nationality" is a bit tough for cursory diagnosis).
