Just to add some perspective... I think its a fact that Aerolineas and Austral will be expropriated... and as Ive posted various times on various threads, even though Im a huge critic of the K Regime, the crooks of the Marsans Group have pilfered the airlines to an extent that expropriation is indeed warranted..... and BTW, before anybody starts crying about free enterprise (which Im in favour of), please note that it was the Spanish Taxpayers that bought these airlines with state money and then basically handed it over to the bozos at Marsans.... so these baastardoos do not have any of my sympathy.

On the issue of YPF, the reports of expropriation are nonsense... there are no plans to do this, rather its a case of the Spanish wanting to maybe sell of a chunk of their group to LukOil from Russia and other Spanish institutional investors wanting to change industries, etc.

The only ones with real beef here are the Spanish banks that have been hit with the expropriation of the private pension funds..... they do have a real claim and IMO they should sue. The K regimes handling of the private pension funds has been shameful.
