Depends on the volume of charging. Amtrak Mastercard is only good for 25k/yr (the limit for transferring points out of Amtrak).

If you want United miles, you're really limited to the United Visa or the Diners Club card (both with fees).

I still like the Starwood American Express best, but it's no longer good for accruing UA miles since the transfer rate became 2:1 instead of 1:1 (blame UA bankruptcy and BankOne's DIP financing for that one, perhaps)
