I agree on solid 4 star...not up to standard compared with other Four Seasons Properties I have visited (NYC, Chicago, Whistler, Philadelphia, etc)
Pros- Valet parking and check-in service was excellent. House keeping solid. Responded to random requests well (e.g., extra-long internet cable delivered quickly). Location in city center with convenient walking distance to best shopping, and great restaurants, etc.
Cons- Old feeling, very tired rooms. Very small bathrooms in room. No wireless internet in rooms. Limited TV selection. (heat turned above low level in our room made constant rattling noise- smaller point, but really annoying)
Average- views are ok- overlooking city but nothing spectacular (and were on floor 23 of 25 in a "superior view room")
Not tested- Health club (finished a few days of skiing and legs need a rest!)
