How can you transfer your car loan to the card? Did you simply use a cash advance check (I didn't know you could get miles for cash advances)?

So far, I have the Alaska cc and United cc. I'm willing to be someones referral if there are awesome deals like this!
Seems to me the United card gives more opportunities for bonus miles than Alaska. I just got a flyer in the mail that said double miles for every purchase on the United card between Oct 1-Nov 30. That is awesome because I know that the Delta cc gives double miles but for only certain purchases.
