No day rate. I have stayed there several times since it opened. I check-in at 11:00PM and check out at 5:00AM for my UA flights. There have been times,I have checked in after midnight having spent the evening with friends in SIN.
Have had to pay full rate.

For me it is worth it. 2 extra hours of sleep to me are worth their weight in gold.
