I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet here on FT as I stumbled upon it a couple months ago but just never got a chance to post it, but there's some exciting new Park Hyatts openings in 2010:

PH Cabo San Lucas
PH Mallorca
3 new PHs opening in Thailand (Phuket, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui)
PH Mexico City

and PH Marrakech is coming in 2011.

I found this info in a Park Hyatt Experience Newsletter for Sept-Dec 2008. I think it was right off the Park Hyatt website. I personally can't wait for PH Cabo. And PH Mallorca will be a nice addition to the European Hyatt collection!!!
