I've been trying to get shots of cities at night but am having problems getting anything decent because of the low lighting and camera shake. I'm shooting with a D70S at an ISO of 1600. Im wondering if anyone has any experience with the D90 (ISO goes to 3200) with a lens with vibration control. Would this solve most of my problems and allow me to shoot at night from the plane with decent results or just be a very expensive "waste" and I'd still have the same problems? Thanks!
