I always sit in 44C or 44H. Row 44 is the emergency exit row and has as much leg room as you could want. The downside is that the lavatory is close, so there are times when people may try to step into your space as they congregate to use the WC. Also, the DEFG row has a bassinet so you run the risk of a screaming baby within arm's length.
