Crew certainly still seem happy to be filling them out - on the last couple of BA long hauls, one of the pilots have actually come along to meet the 'traveller' who is usually wearing his pyjamas and playing with the IFE...

Most cabin crew seem to love the opportunity for an extra visit to the cockpit.
In general taking a baby aboard has seen a step-change improvement in quality of service I've been getting from FAs. I recommend it :-).
