Getting kicked out of 64A by an baby?

Looking at the seatmap on ExpertFlyer for BA9 next year, and 64A/B are both available and along with 62A/B would be my preferred seats.

(At least, I think they're available, 64A shows with an 'X' in ExpertFlyer in a blue square - I presume that the 'occupied' status means it's just not obtainable rather than necessarily currently occupied.

My question is : If I come to OLCI and I can choose 64A&B, is there any chance that we could be turfed out by someone arriving at the airport with a baby, or is the request for the bassinet position normally done at time of booking? I don't want to get 64A&B and get to the airport to find we've been moved to the lower deck for example because a person with baby requires 64A.

I'm thinking the only time when you would get 64A and potentially be turfed out at the airport would be when someones with baby books a ticket on the day of departure.

Thanks,

David.
