There are no good deal fares to Eastern Canada. In fact Only Destination in Canada that have good Deal fares from Asia is YVR.

Living in YYZ only Good Deal Premium Fares that work for me are ones with NO HIP CHECK. These are the fares you should look for EX: Asia- USA with NO HIP CHECK.They are slightly higher but well worth it. On Average they are USD.3K. RT.
There are fares EX: Asia- LAX for 2K RT.With HIP Check. You will have to buy LAX-YYZ-LAX which can be 500.00 so not much of a savings.
