I have to say the Conrad gets my vote as well. I like the location next to Sun city and a short walk to Raffles for a sling. I found no problem with late checkout, and thought the lounge was excellent. If I dont stay at the Conrad then I go to the IC at Bugis Junction. I much prefer these 2 hotels over the Hilton.
