When I was there, there was a guy hanging out in the lounge until closing time (11:00PM). They are super-accommodating there. I wrote a very nice long letter naming-names about how wonderful the Exec Floor staff is. I really don't offer praise lightly, but I said that they took care of me like family, seriously.
