I walk it, even with luggage.

Walk over to the US side of Terminal B then follow the escalators/steps up to the skybridge junction and head down and across Terminal A then over the skybridge into the car park in the middle of the complex, then down a coulpe of floors and you're inside the hotel. Takes maybe 5mins, 10mins max.
