In order to use the Kiosk, you have to use the CC you checked in with. That is how it finds your record. So no chance of changing at the Kiosk.
I have had folio issues in the past at the Grand Kauai, went to the desk to correct and still checked out using the Kiosk. I like the option to email my folio to me, at the time the front desk did not know how to do this (since changed, they can email also). Anyway, you may be able to call the front desk and make the change, then have the Mrs. use the kiosk to check out. Worth a try, the most they can do is say "no"...
